Why PlantMWpIDB ?
We have provided an advanced search option to find the molecular weight and isoelectric point of any proteins of the plant species. Users can search the molecular weight and isoelectric point of proteins using any keyword, accession number, or protein sequence. However, these options are completely lacking in other databases where a user needs to download the whole file and to search for the protein of interest to find out the molecular weight and isoelectric point of any particular protein.
We believe PlantMWpIDB is more user friendly, and data is easily accessible using its web interface to the database..
